Welcome to Advues.com (the “Website”). This Website is owned and operated by Advues, LLC (“Agency”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using this Website, utilizing our automated auditing tools, filling out strategy intake forms, or entering into an agreement with us, you (“User”, “Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using this Website and must discontinue use immediately.

Scope of Services & Website Use

Advues, LLC is a professional digital marketing agency specializing in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) management, data analytics configuration, and website optimization and development services directly connected to marketing performance.

The content on this Website is provided for informational and business development purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate operations of the Website or any service feature at any time without notice.

Proprietary Strategy & Intellectual Property Ownership

All materials displayed or delivered through this Website including but not limited to customized SEO audits, PPC growth projections, specialized scoping frameworks, proprietary intake scripts, design assets, and strategy proposals are the exclusive intellectual property of Advues, LLC.

Pre-Retention Materials: Any strategic insights, keyword frameworks, or audit documents generated for a prospective client before the formal execution of a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) are considered trade secrets.

  • Restrictions: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view these materials for internal decision-making purposes only. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or execute these strategic concepts independently or with alternative marketing vendors without explicit written permission from Advues.

Algorithmic Limitation of Liability

Advues, LLC applies industry-leading, data-driven methodologies to maximize visibility and return on investment (ROI) across paid and organic search engines. However, digital marketing inherently operates within environments controlled by external entities.

Target Industry Dynamics: Our services are frequently tailored for highly competitive markets, including home service companies (e.g., roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and multi-location franchises. You acknowledge that localized search trends, Google Map Pack algorithms, proximity constraints, and seasonal fluctuations heavily impact these industries independently of agency performance.

Third-Party Platform Disclaimer: External digital platform providers (including but not limited to Google, Meta, Microsoft, and TikTok) consistently modify their organic search algorithms, programmatic bidding systems, privacy frameworks, and platform policies without prior warning. Advues does not guarantee static organic search engine ranking positions, specific cost-per-click (CPC) ceilings, exact conversion volumes, or specific ad impressions, as these metrics are subject to external market changes and third-party algorithmic variance.

Sales and Lead Conversion Disclaimer: While Advues, LLC builds, targets, and maintains your customer acquisition funnels (PPC campaigns, landing pages, and local SEO ranking signals), Advues, LLC does not guarantee sales close rates or revenue generation metrics. The internal operational handling, “speed-to-lead” response times, sales tracking, and closing of incoming leads are the sole operational responsibility of the Client.

Client Onboarding & Data Responsibilities

Should you engage Advues for marketing or web development services, the following operational requirements apply:

  • Administrative Access: The Client agrees to provide secure, timely administrative access to relevant advertising portals (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Manager), analytics profiles, and hosting servers necessary to execute the agreed-upon scope of work.
  • Compliance of Client Properties: The Client retains sole legal and financial responsibility for ensuring that their own web properties comply with local, national, and global data privacy laws (such as CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, or state-level regulations).
  • Third-Party Scripts: If Advues installs Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) profiles, or tracking pixels on a client’s website as part of an active project, the Client remains the primary Data Controller. It is the Client’s obligation to maintain a legally sound privacy framework and an active cookie consent architecture on their own domain to manage those tracking elements lawfully.

Website Tracking, Signal Telemetry, & Tag Architecture

To monitor site performance, analyze business-to-business (B2B) traffic channels, and deliver relevant marketing campaigns, Advues.com deploys advanced web tag containers, cookies, and server-side signal telemetry.

  1. Tracking Platforms in Use
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM): A centralized orchestration engine used to deploy and manage data scripts. GTM itself does not store cookies or personal profiles; instead, it reads user consent inputs and triggers or blocks other tags accordingly.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Gtag.js: Used to gather aggregate, non-identifying user behavior data (such as page interaction paths, scrolling depth, and button clicks). GA4 heavily masks IP addresses during transmission and does not retain raw IP logs.
  • Meta Tracking Pixels & Conversions API (CAPI): Used to measure the efficacy of our social media business outreach. Where permitted by user consent, these scripts pass hashed, pseudo-anonymized browser data to Meta to attribute conversions to our active marketing campaigns.
  1. Google Consent Mode v2 Integration

Our Website strictly operates using Google Consent Mode v2. Our tracking scripts dynamically scale down or change behavior in real-time based on your selections within our Consent Management Platform (CMP) banner:

  • Consent Granted: Standard tracking, analytics, and targeted ad attribution parameters are enabled.
  • Consent Denied: If you decline tracking, our system completely blocks the placement of tracking identifiers. Under advanced cookieless deployment, our tags transmit exclusively anonymous, cookieless telemetry pings to Google’s networks. These signals are completely stripped of personal data and are processed strictly via AI-driven data modeling to measure general site health without identifying individuals.

Our systems map strictly to the core platform consent parameters: ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization.

Structural Cookie Classifications

To ensure structural transparency, Advues.com categorizes data storage mechanisms into two distinct structural profiles based on who deploys them:

Cookie Category Source & Control Purpose & Operational Rules
First-Party Cookies Placed directly by the Advues.com domain. Essential & Functional: Used exclusively to handle your current browser session, recall interface layouts, and support basic text fields. Because they do not follow you across external networks, these functional utilities run on a standard operational or opt-out baseline.
Third-Party Cookies Placed by External Ad Networks (e.g., Meta, Google Ads). Cross-Site Contextual Targeting: Used by external advertising algorithms to build professional interest profiles across distinct, unrelated web properties. These tracking elements are strictly turned off by default and cannot execute unless you click “Accept” on our consent banner.

Automated Opt-Out Signal Recognition (GPC)

We respect browser-level consumer choices. Advues.com is coded to programmatically recognize and respect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals broadcast by modern web browsers. If your browser transmits a GPC opt-out signal, our system automatically treats it as a universal “Reject All” command for third-party tracking, advertising, and marketing cookies, overriding the need to modify your selections in our manual banner.

Limitation of Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Advues, its officers, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this Website, your reliance on informational blog content, or errors arising from third-party software integrations.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or arbitration arising from these Terms must be filed exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Georgia.
